Marketplace & Instructor Content

NeuraStem operates a digital marketplace where educators and training providers may offer courses. Educators are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of their content. NeuraStem does not guarantee outcomes from course participation. We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Payments, Fees & Refunds

Course fees, pricing, and institutional licensing costs are displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Refund eligibility is governed by the platform refund policy, course terms, or applicable law. Educators receive revenue distributions according to the platform's instructor compensation model.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly. You may not engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, upload infringing or harmful content, attempt to disrupt platform functionality, access accounts without authorization, use bots or scraping tools, or reverse engineer security measures. Violation may result in suspension or termination.

User Content & Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they upload. By uploading content, you grant NeuraStem a limited license to host, store, display, and distribute content solely to provide and improve the Services. The NeuraStem platform, branding, technology, and software remain the exclusive property of NeuraStem Inc.

Privacy, Accessibility & Third-Party Services

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. NeuraStem is committed to providing an accessible learning environment aligned with recognized accessibility standards. The platform may integrate with third-party services governed by their own terms; NeuraStem is not responsible for third-party service failures or practices.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific learning outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuraStem shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for Services within the previous twelve (12) months. You agree to indemnify and hold NeuraStem harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ohio, unless otherwise required by law.
