Select Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.

Create account

Create a Learner or Educator Account

Select Sign Up and choose whether you are joining as a learner or educator. Provide the required information, verify your email, and complete your profile. Educators will be guided through additional verification steps.

Dashboard

Navigating Your Dashboard

Your dashboard serves as your central hub. Learners can view personalized recommendations, continue courses, and track progress. Educators can manage courses, monitor enrollments, and update materials.

MyChishiki Assessment

The MyChishiki Assessment evaluates learning preferences, aptitude, and career interests to build a personalized cognitive learning profile. Results help tailor course recommendations and optimize teaching methods to match individual learning styles.

Accessing Courses

Once enrolled, courses can be accessed from your dashboard under My Courses. Materials may include video lessons, documents, presentations, and interactive exercises.

Technical Support

  • Login or Account Issues: Ensure credentials are correct and email is verified. Use password reset or contact support if problems persist.
  • Course Access or Video Playback: Check internet connection, refresh the page, ensure browser is up to date. Clearing cache or switching browsers may resolve playback issues.
  • Reporting Bugs: Report technical issues through the Support section. Include screenshots and a description to help resolve quickly.
  • Browser Compatibility: NeuraStem supports Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Keep your browser updated for the best experience.

Course & Content Support

Browse or search for courses, select your preferred course, and click Enroll. Your learning profile provides insights into your preferred learning style and recommended content formats. Educators can upload videos, documents, and materials through the course management dashboard.
